Dinnerrrr!!! Steamed artichokes, wild caught salmon, and crab legs (on sale at whole foods!! Yay!!!).

For the artichokes: I cut out the choke (google artichoke New York Times and you’ll find a good how-to video) then soaked them in cold water with a splash of lemon for 15 min. Then I put two halves in a steamer bag and stuck it in the micro for 5 minutes. The sauce I made to dip in was great: 2 tbsp of vegan mayo, 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard, and 1/2 tbsp of Worcester sauce, all mixed together. Yum.

Had a great yoga practice today. Did wheel in my forearms and legs straight. Photos to come.

Breakfast (scrambled eggs with onions, avocado, mushrooms and hot sauce and turkey bacon) on the balcony. I love my apartment. But my dream house is that glass beauty across the street.


When you suddenly realize its 4pm and you still have so much more work to get done in the workday.

Dinner! Trout (so good and fresh!!) with grilled asparagus and my new fave salad:

2 cups of shredded Brussels sprouts
1.25 large avocados, chopped
Half of a beefsteak tomato, chopped
3/4 of a leak, sliced or chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 radishes, thinly sliced
Pinch or two of salt
Pinch of Italian seasoning
Healthy splash of olive oil and champagne vinegar

Mix all that shit together in a bowl. Done. So good.
